Microsoft visual studio 2005 proffessional problem...

hi,

i had microsoft office 2003 previously installed...

then i installed microsoft Visual studio 2005 professional
version,after installing,whenever i open any office application, the
microsoft Visual studio 2005 pro installer dialog box pops up and
says...configuring microsoft Visual studio 2005 pro...and then just
keeps on saying that 2sec left or 9 secs left,but actually keeps on
doing some *** all the time,in the mean time,the office app opens but
i cant work on it....

this happens whenever i open any office application again and again...

please can anybody provide any solution to this thing....
