We had our computer worked on to have more space on our C drive. As the
tech
was backing up everything it crashed and we lost everything.
Unfortunately
the one cd we did not have (it came installed on the computer) is the
Windows
XP. The tech told me he used a different xp from another sony computer
since
we lost ours. Now, I cannot download anything from microsoft b/c of a
validation failure. The xp product key is on the back of the computer, my
computer is over 2 yrs old so sony didn't offer and good advice. Any help
would be greatly appreciated.
