Hi FireBrick,
To prevent the zone information from being saved, you may use a third-party
browser or a download manager to download the program. If you're using IE,
then save the downloaded file to a FAT / FAT32 partition.

But even though I read it a couple of times, I couldn't see where it applies
exactly to my problem.
The 'inclusion list' management seems to effect the whole group in each risk
group.
I have a single program, only this one, that I would like system to
recognize and allow to be run without the warning every time it's updated.
Could this be an issue because the program does not have the 'signing'
approval of MS?
