if adjustment of the controls on the front bezel don't fix the problem
you need to take it to a repair shop, although given the cost of CRT
monitors these days, most are not worth the cost - sorry to say.

I think there must have been a power outage last night. Today my
monitor is out of whack. I have adjusted it before but this time I
can't pull it off. The sides of the monitor are "s" shaped. It is
not dramatic but each control I use will seem to fix one side but
pulls the other side out.
Are there grids or some kind of aid to be able to help adjust the
screen?
