What is the error?
What is the web site?

Recently I started having problem loading a particualr web page that never
gave me problems before.

I get the same error message whether I use my Internet Explorer Browser of
my Firefox Browser. I contacted the web master who said there was no
problem
on their end and he verified I had the correct IP address. The technician
at
my Internet Service Provider had no problem accessing the web site. I
have 2
firewalls. It does not matter which one I turn off (Windows or McAfee), I
still get the error message. I've cleared the DNS cache. Still no luck.
My
Operating System is Windows XP with the SP2 upgrade. I have these for
quite
awhile now.

Any ideas as to what's going on?
