Re: Hardware Restart

I have checked on the bios, and the only floppy disk recurrence is for USB
Floppy Disk Emulation. And I still have the wrong icons, and hardware names,
and the bothering floppy on my device manager. Do you think that a Hardware
Restart will fix this problem?????

Open Device Manager, remove (uninstall) the misnamed bits and then reboot.
They should be redetected/reinstalled.

Well, the problem is that Windows XP is putting the wrong names for
certain
hardware, like the recovery disk, has a SD Media Card Icon, the cd-rom
drive,
has the Compact Flash/II. Also, it is recognizing for a Floppy drive,
when I
dont have one.
