I must have something busted on my system.
I can't get QuickTime 7.0.4 to launch as an external application for
rstp:// links
According to this:

his "test 3" should work.
It works on my Mac -- QuickTime Player launches.
On my PC -- with IE, I just get a "the page cannot be displayed" error
page.
I'm open for suggestions. I've tried toggling all the QT Player
preferences with no sucess.
I'm open for some help here!
