I just realized that my XP Pro Laptop, doesn't have the same security as
my Desktop (also XP Pro - both SP2).
When I right click a folder on my Desktop I get these tabs: General,
Sharing, Security, Web Sharing and Customize.

Where are the Security and Web Sharing tabs?
Is your laptop using FAT rather than NTFS file-system?
NTFS.
I just found it, however.
Apparently, XP uses something called Simple file sharing. You have to go to
Tools/Folder Options/View and at the bottom of the list is Simple file
sharing that is checked by default. After I unchecked, it showed the
security tab.
Thanks,
