Re: Router in time warp?????

yes, I've been into the routers config but can't see anything that points to
the time mode, other than the time it's showing in the logs. Silly Q but does
the router showing the wrong time make any difference?

Check the manual found on the CD for info on logging into the modem/router
configuration utility

Open IE6 and type in the address bar 192.168.0.2

Enter whatever the manual tells you to enter

Now look through any tabs appearing in the modem/router config utility.. one
of them will have a section where the time can be changed..

Hi Mike, tried the CD but no info on correcting the time. Installed the
new
firmware and now the router logs look like this...

Thu, 2006-03-09 23:08:01 - Receive NTP Reply from ntp.nasa.gov

As it's now Fri, 10-03-2006 00:00:.....

The website instructions for determining if the firmware is right for

unit are fairly clear..

You also have a CD containing the 'manual' which should have instruction
on
how to access the unit control panel, enabling you to correct the time..
