I think you'll find there IS an "administrator" account - when you set up
a second account with admin rights, the built-in Administrator account is
hidden if you are using the Welcome Screen log-in. To access the built-in
admin account depends on your version of XP, which you failed to tell us,
(and you really shouldn't need to use it unless in an emergency). In Home
Edition boot into Safe Mode, in Pro press Ctl-Alt-Del twice at the Welcome
screen and then use the log-in box to log in to the Administrator account.
