Hello Zoey
I have a hundred plus in Prefetch - so its OK getting rid of them as well.
I already do %temp% as you suggest(and others have as well), once a week
because Disk Cleanup wont touch them.
The last time I mentioned to a poster that that was the way I got rid of the
temp, a twat jumped down my throat.
Thank you for the confirmation

Help. I went to reinstall a couple games I have already had on my system.----------------------------------------
When installing the following error message sprang forth:
"_is4b.temp encountered a problem and needs to close..." and shuts the
install down. If I immediately try again, the same messae, but with a new
.temp file folder number is there, such as is4c.temp, and so on and so
on....
what disapeared or was deleted when I did the uninstalls previously?
THANKS
for the feedback
Try clearing the temp files before you install the game.
