Displaying contents of USB key in Windows question

Hello
I have a USB key full of podcasts (audio files) that I use for work.
When I open connect it to my computer and open it in Windows, there are many
ways of displaying the contents such as 'date modified' or 'size' or
'alphabetical order'.
But what I need is simply to know which podcast is in which place so that
when I use my USB key in class, I can find the right podcast without
problem.
I need a 'display in order on the USB key function'
I have asked this same question on the Hewlett Packard site (my USB key is a
HP product), but no one could help me.
I guess it is a Windows display problem.
Any help appreciated.
