Thanks for your reply.
It isn't a malware. I have installed NAV 2006 and I have checked that there
isn't any adaware or something.
Also I don't use any obscure antispyware applications.
Either I didn't installed anything new lately.
First DEP message was of windows explorer, followed by drwatson.

How to remove and forgot this unhappy piece of DEP in Win XP Pro
SP2???
When I switched DEP to Turn on DEP for all programs and exclude
explorer.exe I finally was able to start my PC again ...
until I found out that my printer throws now out blank pages even not
trying to print and some other weird behaviour and unstability with
most other programs.
The truth is that after switching from w2k to XP Pro time spent for
my own PC troubleshooting have 1000 folded, if to consider that there
almost weren't any troubles with w2k. And the troubles with w2k were
usually more of a cosmetical kind while xp pro cosmetical flaws are
buried deep under fatal failures
Can anyone tell some words of wisdom???
What you seeing is not being caused by explorer. Some program that has
hooked itself into explorer is the cause of the DEP errors. This is
exactly what DEP is supposed to do, catch a buggy or malicious program and
stop it from causing harm. The most likely suspect is malware. Have you
scanned your computer for viruses and spyware?

Be very careful what programs you use to try to find or remove spyware.
Many of the programs that claim to do this are actually spyware and will
cause more problems. If you are unsure ask here for opinions before you
install any antispyware program.
