Hello,
You can download and install Windows XP powertoys separately. They are not installed by default.

I have windows powertoys (tweakui) installed alongwith setup on
my xpsp2.
but, yesterday I accessed a friend's pc having xp, and when I
tried to teach him how to auto logon, how to make menus fasters,
how to remove things from desktop, etc., I could not find
powertoys (tweakui) on his start menu, nor in his control panel.
Could someone please guide me how to get it installed?
