ok thanks...I'll post in SBS.

Below is what I got from ipconfig/all. The DNS ip (192.168.20.50) is our
Windows 2003 server's IP.

Hi

My Win XP just got updated with SP2, and it's on LAN connecting to
Windows Server 2003. The logon is slow. The logon seems to wait at
"Applying Computer Settings". The wait is about 1 minute 15 seconds.
If I see the logon screen and do not logon immediately (for example, wait
for a minute or two), then I won't have the slow "Applying Computer
Settings". So, either I wait before I log in or I wait after login ...
the wait has to be there.

I don't think we have this problem before SP2. Also, other PCs running
on Win XP SP1 do not have this slow wait.

Please let me know how I solve this.

Thanks
Steve
