I am very inexperienced with XP Pro and I was trying to figure out how to set
user restrictions on my computer because I have other people in my home who
like to download things that clog my computer up with junk. I have no idea
how to set up my computer so that the only person that can download new
things into my computer is the administrator (which is me.).
