Use the 'Save As...' button on the 'Sounds' tab of the 'Sound & Audio Devices' control panel
applet. This info is stored in the registry under:
"HKEY_CURRENT_USER\AppEvents"

Hi Everybody.
Does someone know how to backup the the Windows XP sounds?
I know where the sound files are located, but I changed all the Windows
sounds and know I want to backup these individual setiings.
All the the new sound files are located where the original sounds are.
They are in: C:\WINDOWS\Media
Thanks in advance.
Tommy
