WindowsUpdate feature infacted by some adware system

Hi,
My system is infacted with some adware that shows stand-alone ads on my desktops (Flash animations) and some web ads. they pop all the time and have slowed down system.
It is bothering badly, Can you show me some way to get rid of this?


P.S. I have scaned system with Microsoft Anti-Spyware, it finds some adware that has infacted WindowsUpdate auto download system and removes it, but after re-start, adware is up again and is found again by anti-spyware
