CAPS in Windows Task Manager

I am running on Windows XP Pro SP1a. Had complete windows update.
The problem is that I have most of my process in my Task Manager in CAPS.
This happened suddenly and have been permenant. Wasn't here when I installed
my XP in the first place
My friends and my other computer doesnt have this problem.
Please help. It's irriating to see it.
