I just refomated my PC the other day and reinstalled all my drivers
and updates for everything including windows and norton and for some
reason now the PC is rebooting all of a sudden on it's own. I can't
figure out why, but I get an report for a solution that doesn't
really help me. Is there a way of isolating this problem?

When you installed, what hardware was connected? Should be only your
keyboard, mouse, and monitor.
Do you have access to the event logs? What's the exact error in the blue
screen?
