Tough to say, none of what you are asking about comes with Windows, and yes, you could have hosed it with that other 3rd party software.

I use the compression program PowerArchiver 2006. Can anyone suggest why the "Email It" function isn't working? I believe this may be a Windows Shell issue it is not specifically a PowerArchiver issue as I have a similar problem in another free program called Picasa 2 . Could this be something Norton Cleansweep has messed up?
