There is no way for us to tell if your computer is infected with viruses
and/or malware. Only you can do that. If you don't have a current
version (not earlier than 2005) antivirus installed, start by scanning
in Safe Mode with either Sysclean or David Lipman's Multi-AV:

After the initial scan with one of those tools, get a full-featured av,
install it, update it, and do a thorough scan in Safe Mode.

After scanning for viruses, continue scanning in Safe Mode for non-viral
malware per:
