Re: Boy is this a weird problem



Go Back probably corrupted Device Manager with multiple redundant entries for
different hardware. Check on that while in Safe Mode. Remove redundant hardware
entries, and Windows will try to find the proper ones on the next reboot. Before
rebooting, uninstall Go Back and the Staples product. Rely more on M$ System
Restore. Go Back trashed my computer thusly, and I got a refund when I brought
Go Back to Staples to get a refund.
