how do they do it - start menu

when clicking on start menu, it shows

Internet		- this is white color
 Explorer		- this is white color, but faint

Email			- this is white color
 Outlook Express	- this is white color but faint


when passing the mouse (arrow) over each one, the lettering that is faint become white.
