Really weird because I have an Apex DVD player too since its relatively
cheap and can play almost anything I throw at it (might be older model, not
sure). The video TS folder thing is correct so you shouln't really have to
mess with that for now. The Audio_TS folder is usually empty so don't be
surprised at that. At least you got it to play on another DVD player, so
that means at least your DVD burner works it burned correctly. I think it
might be the Rewritable DVDs that is causing the problem in the Apex. I
can't be 100% sure because I have never used DVD-RWs before and I only use
DVD+Rs. Therefore, it could mean that the Apex DVD player couldn't handle
the RW discs. Get some +Rs and -Rs and see if they do the trick if you
really must play it back on the Apex. Good luck.
