Windows XP 64-bit - remote smb

When browsing from a Windows XP 64-bit machine to a remote 32-bit
machine, it doesn't show the first three files. I have watched the
network traffic and the find_first2 result from the remote machine
returns all of the folders, but the 64-bit machine just skips over the
first three (five if you count . and ..) directories and starts
enumerating the rest. So,ething even more weird is that it doesn't
exhibit this behavior when looking at c$, c$\windows, or c$\program
files. It does happen for every other folder, including c$\document
and settings. I do not see this behavior when browsing from 64-bit to
64-bit, 32-bit to 32-bit, or 32-bit to 64-bit--only when remotely
browsing from a 64-bit XP machine to a 32-bit XP machine. All machines
are fully patched. XP Pro SP2 on the 32-bit machines, and XP Pro
(Windows 2003 Edition) SP1 on the 64-bit machines.
thanks,
tony
