How to really kill?

So I tried kill.exe from the reskit. I tried pskill.exe from SysInternals. Neither of them cuts it when it comes to really killing processes that are somehow borked or put the system in an unstable state.

What's your best tip's for a util that will kill anything regardless of priority and state (like kill -9)? This one of the life-long enigmas of my professional life, please tell me there's hope :)

TIA
