Try running the AV in safe mode. I dont know if you can either download some
antispyware or get a friend to download it if you can't. I dont know if they
will install in safe mode if you cant get them installed normally. Are your
antivirus definitions up to date. Some PC mags have CDs that have
antispyware programs which are a good source if you cant download any.
Something to try is system restore to see if you can go back to a time that
will let you install these apps if you have problems installing them. Update
them run them and see what shows up. The names of the malware will dictate
your next steps if any.
