Unsolicited Porn pop-ups

I have suddenly begun to experience a pornographic pop-up when booting up my
machine, and it is almost the last item in the boot-up sequence.
The web site is 'www.virgins.se_' and at one time a pop-up window in the
bottom left-hand corner of the screen came with a list from the Startup
Registry that could be ticked to remove certain items. This web site was
listed and I ticked it to remove it. However, it still continues to pop-up.
Is there anybody out there who can tell how to get rid of this annoying and
frankly obscene pop-up. I am usually the only person to use the machine, but
on occasions my children do use my machine when they visit.
Cheers
.
