Terry,
One thing I have found out is that many instances of Spyware is worst than a
virus or trojan when attempting to get rid of it.
Here are some spyware removal program suggestions:
1. Ad-aware
2. Microsoft Anti-Spyware (Beta)
3. Hijack This!
These are the three that I use and like. Do google searches on these names
to get download information.
