I have a Sony DVD +/- RW drive and don't understand how to use the Nero 6 software that came with it to burn data to DVD-R discs. Although the window that opens up for the Nero software is not really confusing, I still am. When I go to File, Save As ... at a web page and select my DVD drive letter, I see a message opening up that the page has been downloaded to the Desktop. However, I don't see any icon on the desktop for the file and can't locate the folder where it is anywhere on the C drive. Not only that, but the only time I was able to use the Nero software to burn one file to a DVD-R disc, every time I tried to drag and drop a file into the Nero window to copy to the drive, I couldn't. Instead, an error message kept on coming up saying Windows had encountered a "problem" and couldn't copy the file to the drive. Am pretty confused and frustrated. Can somebody help, please - thank you!
You should save your files to your hard disk drive first, and then attempt to burn them to DVD.
