Have a new system running XP. It came with AVG(free edition) and I have ZA Pro.
I have, in the past, always used Norton AV and wondering if I should load NAV or keep AVG.
Instead of using Windows XP firewall I have been using ZA Pro for several months.
It's also time to update NAV on another system and wondering if I should delete and install AVG.
Guess I'm looking for advise on the "best" combination.

There is no definitive answer for this. It depends on what you like and what your system is happy with. If it works well on your system and doesn't hog resources then use it. For free AV there is Avast and AVG. Both work well and I use them both. NAV works well as an AV product if your system is happy with it, but it is heavier on resource use, and it's not free. Other top notch pay products are Nod32 and Kaspersky.
For firewall I would stay away from the suites such as Norton internet security and similar offerings from other companies. Both Sunbelt Software's Kerio firewall and Zone Alarm have free versions that work well.
