viDon't know if video error is related to file problem!!
Do you have on board video, also?
If so, You may want to enable onboard video in BIOS and connect Monitor to
the onbrd video port.
Can copy file from another computer if possible from C:\windows\system32 to
your C:\windows\system32 folder
OR expand copy from Windows CD ( in I386 folder).
Still don't know about your video issue. Need to troubleshoot some more.
