Radial(!) File Explorer

I'm trawling through download.com looking for alternatives to the
standard file explorer - found 2xExplorer Lite.

I once read a review of a file explorer that used a radial version of a
tree control where data was organised (by the file browser) on the
basis of content - I can't find any trace of this product now - does
anyone remember the name of this product?
