Dial-Up Dialog box doesn't show up.

Hi...
I went into INTERNET EXPLORER, INTERNET OPTIONS and then CONNECTIONS

I verified that my ISP URL was listed in the Dial UP settings; that
"Always Dial My Default Connection" was checked and that it showed my
ISP URL as the DEFAULT.

That done, I should simply click on the Internet Explorer Icon in
the Launch Bar and the Dial up Box should come up..

It doesn't and I'm baffled. Help anyone?

Thanks and a Happy New Year to all of us!...............Mike
