That version comes with XP Pro and maybe others (I have sp2). Looks like the
same one in W2003 too.

For the sake of speed you can find a copy here, as far as I know this whole
system is clean, please let me know when you have it so I can remove it from
the site again.

Probably need to copy to the spedech directory and the dllcache in safe mode
else XP will keep replacing it :)
