In IE, Tools>Internet Options>Connections. Highlight the connection and click Settings. In Dial-up Settings click Advanced and check the box next to "Disconnect when Connection may no longer be needed".
"Disconnect if idle for ... mins"

Hi: For some reason, I lost a 'Stay Connected/Disconnect' Box/Icon that's popping-up in the middle of the screen after finished all of the web-sites.
Then, I did the following several times in my attempt to get this 'Icon/Box' back.
(1) click 'Setting' (2) Network (3) click 'Local Area Connection Properties' (4) check, "Show Icon in notification area when connected' (5) click, 'Finish'
In the past, I ALWAYS got this handy 'Icon/Box' back after doing the above. However, this time I have NO luck, whatsoever.
I would be truly appreciated it if you, any of guys here could offer a solution to this problem.
Thanks for your help in advance.
