When you try to install the ActiveX plugin, look at the top of your
browser (Internet Explorer) for a yellow Information bar. Click on it
per the instructions and choose to install the plugin. If you aren't
using IE, then that is why you can't install the plugin. Firefox and
other browsers don't use ActiveX, which is one of the reasons why they
can be safer than IE.
