Virus recovery Help

Please help,
I got infected by a worm in my system32 file by a worm. I bought
Mcafee antivirus software and it erased the worm, but my setting are not
correct. When I try to go to task manager, it says that this action is
not allowed by the administrator, but that is me. (BTW I am on my
personal pc at home). I also cannot change my desktop backround or turn
on my window firewall.
Any help is appreciated. Thx
