Accessing Another Profile

I had a previous computer with Windows XP Pro but the power supply died on
me. Years later I decided to switch the hard drive as a slave drive into my
new dell. I was wanting to access the files from the old hard drive but I am
unable to get to my old documents because they are secured. I have already
forgotten username and passwords for this account since I have not used it
in a long time and my new dell will not allow me to but from the old hard
drive. How can I access my old files and get around the privacy and the
secured folders.
