One way copy success...?

Howdy,
I have 6 systems on our LAN. One is XP, and all the others
are Win 2000.
If I am on the XP machine, I can browse all the others and
can copy a file to the XP machine.
If I am on a Win 2000 machine I can browse anything that is
shared on the XP system.
But, if I try to copy a file from a Win 2000 machine to the
XP system, I get the error that the share on the XP machine
is not accessible.
So, I can only copy a file to the XP system if I am on that
system.
It seems likely that there is some security setting that is
preventing this, but I can't find it.
Can you help?
Sincere thanks,
