OT: VMWare on WinXP

Hi,
I have some questions regarding VMWare
1) Has anyone installed MAC OS X for intel Successfully?
2) When VMWare and Mame32 go to full screen mode, tearing in the middle of
the screen appears, is it a driver problem or my video card is bad?
3) How do you share files between VMWare and the host operating system?
Thanks cos I don't find any good newsgroups that cover all of these?
