Your video card doesn't have a control panel where you can adjust the brightness? Right click on your desktop/properties/settings/advanced button.

Hello, my problem is the following, I played a dos-game what I found and downloaded somewhere online(nvdr. Celtics vs. Lakers), the controls didn't work, but this is not a problem, I noticed that the brightness of my laptop's screen went down significantly, I have no explication why??
Now it looks like my laptop is on battery-mode(the funny thing is also that if I switch over to battery, that it goes EVEN darker, so there is an interal error somewhere)
This stays after a new start-up, I also switch over to Windows settings that worked before, but screen stays not bright enough.
I looked in my BIOS already, but there is nothing corresponding to screen brightness.
Also not in my settings or energy settings.
On my laptop there isn't an Fn+ shortcut to screen brightness, of this I'm sure also.
Could anyone help me, because this just isn't fun anymore.
My best regards,
Matias
Have you tried increasing the brightness?
