Hi,
I have just put a computer together using a Gigabyte GA-7VRXP
motherboard, an Asus Ti 200 Graphics Card and two hard drives one of which I
have left unconnected to ensure that the Windows XP Pro OS is installed on
the connected Drive. Both drives have been formatted. Going into the BIOS,
everything that should be there is displayed. The computer starts up OK and
starts going through its routine until it tells me it is searching for the
floppy ( the 1st diskette of six) and then I get a message "NTLDR is
missing" press Control + Alt + Delete to restart. Can you please tell me how
I can reinstate the NT Loader back onto the computer. I get the same result
if I try booting from the XP Pro CD.
Best Regards,
Jarralad
Probably a diskette in the floppy drive. Remove it.
