Go to Start, Help and Support, and look up AutoPlay, click the link and follow the instructions.

I have WindowsXP Pro. For some reason, none of my CD- or DVD-based software will run automatically after loading the CD/DVD in the drive. Instead, a window pops up which lists the files on the disk.

I think that some automatic setting has somehow been changed.

Can someone point me to where I can reset it so the software automatically runs?

Thanks!
