hi
over the last few days, for some reason when right clicking a file in windows explorer i get the error:

explorer.exe - Application Error
The instruction at "0x04733397" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be 'written.
Click on OK to terminate the program
(also get the 'debug' option sometimes)

When i click ok, the desktop will refresh and i can continue. done the usual av/spyware scans and nothing has shown up.

I would really appreciate any ideas on how to resolve this please

Many thanks
Steve

Right click problems are generally due to a misbehaving context menu entry. See this link for troubleshooting tips and disregard the title of slow: http://windowsxp.mvps.org/slowrightclick.htm
