over the last few days, for some reason when right clicking a file in windows explorer i get the error:

Click on OK to terminate the program
(also get the 'debug' option sometimes)

When i click ok, the desktop will refresh and i can continue. done the usual av/spyware scans and nothing has shown up.

I would really appreciate any ideas on how to resolve this please
