Undoing Tile Cascade / window resizing

I did it this time. I explored what "Tile Horizontally" did, and it
resized all my Outlook Express windows. Now when I open up an email,
it comes up small. Even when I resize it by stretching the borders and

clicking "X" to end it, it still comes up small. I tried doing a
system restore back to last week, but that did not work.


How can I make my window come up maximized now that I've done this
blunder?
