I found the answers by searching engine:
First, click start then click run,typing cmd,enter! type the following
commandsone by one on cmd window:
regsvr32 MSHTML.DLL
regsvr32 shdoclc.dll
regsvr32 jscript.dll
regsvr32 SXS.DLL
regsvr32 userenv.dll
regsvr32 shdocvw.dll
restart your computer, the trouble should be shoot! :-)
