About my Account!
Recently, I can't open my User and Accounts from Control Panel! When I
double click the icon,nothing happened! I doubt that perhaps the the dll
files can not connect to the cpl files,right? Who has an easy solution,I
mean whther I need to rebuild Windows XP or not!
